Welcome to the Greenvalley Riding Club Website.

Greenvalley Riding Club was formed in 1995. Since then the club has gone from strength to strength.  We are part of the South Leinster Region of the Association of Irish Riding Clubs.   Our Members enjoy taking part in all the disciplines, Show Jumping, Eventing, Dressage, Hunter Trials, Showing and other equestrian activities. We do not have an official base, but we operate throughout north east Co. Wicklow and currently enjoy using the facilities at Boswell Equestrian in Ashford and Marlton Stud in Wicklow for our different activities.

Greenvalley run an annual Summer Show comprising of showing, working hunter and clear round and graded show jumping classes.  The Summer Show has been very kindly sponsored since 2006 by Sean O Ceallaigh & Co solicitors.  The Show  features the South Leinster Region leg of the Red Mills Masters Series.   We also run a dog show in conjunction with the Summer Show, the proceeds from which in recent years have gone to ASH animal sanctuary.

Our very popular indoor Winter Show Jumping league is kindly sponsored by Gerry and Bridget Gorman of  Boswell Equestrian.  We host an annual team show jumping challenge for riders of all grades and experience.  In the Autumn, a charity ride is organised by the club in aid of The Irish Horse Welfare Trust. Greenvalley also host a leg of the Regional dressage league.  We hold Club nights for our members and also organise training from time to time.   Social events are organised to give us the opportunity to get together without our horses!
